English Bicknor C of E employs a SEND and Inclusion Lead, Lucy Nelmes, who has level 4 mental health diploma and the NASENCo award as well as fully qualified teaching status. She has been SENCo within the schools in the trust for over 10 years and is employed by English Bicknor C of E School 1 day a week. Miss Jayne Pearce is an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) who is able to support children on a 1-1 basis (with parental consent) or as part of a group. 

Miss Pearce has received ELSA training and has on-going supervision.
