At English Bicknor C of E Primary School we take our responsibility to prepare children for life in modern Britain seriously. We ensure that the fundamental British Values are introduced, discussed and lived through our Christian vision, ethos and the work we do as a school.

We believes that all of the curriculum areas provide a vehicle for furthering our understanding of these concepts and, in particular, through our RE, PSHE and Citizenship lessons. These lessons provide fantastic opportunities for the children to deepen and develop their understanding. 

We ensure that our children have exposure to a wide experience beyond their local community, through music and sporting events, visits and visitors. This strong rooted values-based understanding gives our children an excellent platform for embracing difference.
